Dear Mimi ;)

I was nineteen,
As I went to my friend's room that night,
From outside,
I could hear laughter roared,
Only one was different from the other.

That laughter was loud, clear, and honest,
Dare I say if you ask me.
As I went in,
It became suddenly silent.

Friendship began when we were introduced to each other,
It grows when we began to know each other,
It blossoms when we began sharing feelings,
It definitely became closer as we understood one another.

Knowing her is a blessing,
Though the friendship was new,
It felt as if it has been forever,
With bumpy roads along the way.

She made my life better,
Filled with of course, laughter!
Making me feel happier ,
Without asking anything else in return.

She made everyone felt cosy,
Always there to lend an ear,
Not once I heard her complains,
She'd do her best cheer people up.

Her name was Mimi,
Though she's a hard task at hanging out,
She's always easy on help,
Ask her anything, she'd do to help.

Only that she is too kind,
And how I wish she'd be more adventurous,
Because I truly felt,
She has more to give.

Only that she is too comfy,
And how I wish she'd take more risks,
Because I truly believe,
She has all courage locked in.

I am not critising,
I am not dictating her bad and good,
But I wish she'd believe more in herself,
Because in my eyes,
She is as beautiful as a rare pearl,
Only yet to be hidden beneath a clam .

So, my dearest friend..
Happy 21st birthday! :) May you always be blessed and have an awesome life ahead ;)
